Please email the office and schedule a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation with Dr. Daenell, to discuss the possibility of your working together. If the two of you decide that you are a best fit to move forward, she will schedule and initial consultation appointment for you and we will then send you the intake paperwork to fill out.
